    Inspect and Real-Time Inventory not working on 2016.3 Agent


      Hello all,


      The Inspect option does not display information, it states: "unable to contact the device". In the agent settings, I have Real-time inventory and monitoring checked, please see the screen shots below:



      Also, I found the older agent works just fine with the inspect option, I've compared both agents and all settings appear to be the same.
