    iPad Air with paired Bluetooth Scanner not recognized by TE Client

      I have a client with an iPad Air (MF009LL/A) and Generalscan GS-RT1001BT ring scanner.  They are trying to use the ring scanner with the Bluetooth scanner, but the TE Client (  defaults to the iPad camera.  Other Telnet Clients appear to function correctly with the paired scanner.  Any ideas why and how I can fix it?
