Could you please state from what version you are trying to upgrade? A change was introduced a short time ago.
I have version 10.1.0.168 installed.

You need to run the "UninstallWinClient" binary (and reboot the Core).
You've got a management Agent Software installed - and the installer is complaining about that. As the Core and agent version need to be in synch, you can't have a 2016 based agent & a 2017 based Core.
Run the "UninstallWinClient" (this *WILL* reboot your Core) from the following default directory -- "C:\Program Files\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\Ldmain\"
... after that agent is uninstalled (following the reboot) you can upgrade to 2017 just fine .
