    Introducing survey


      Hello all,


      We are implementing Landesk ServiceDesk and i have an issue with survey.

      When a survey is available for users, they do not really have choice for answer. They can only hit number (5 max). I use the OOTB survey and everything look correct for me (as new).

          I have seen this issue in Workspaces although the same survey works in WebDesk. What I usually do is that I create new business objects that will present the answers (Reference lists) and the question would be the label of the list.


          Once you create these business objects, link them to the incident survey object (one to one relationship) and then add them to the survey window.
