    Email from workflow not being generated

      It is setup the when an email comes from a certain email address a ticket is auto created, SLA and assignment sent, then an email sent.  For anything that is Critical I need to add a reminder to be sent to an offsite group.  However, the emails are not generating.  I have compared the setup and all the criteria to other emails that are working.  All emails above and below this spot in the workflow are going.
