Thanks for posting to the Community.
Were you able to resolve this issue? Please share anything useful here.
No I still have the same issue I'm afraid. At the minute I can still use the Remote Control app so it's not the end of the world. If I don't get any replies on here I might log it with support and see if they can come back with an answer.
Verify if All *.0 files listed in "\Shared Files\Keys\" are also in "\ldlogon\" and selected in ""Client Connectivity" agent setting.
Force a Security Scan on test device and try again. Your problem must be fixed.

They also don't get past the authentication screen in the HTML5 RC? Check the Remotecontrol.dll.log on the ldlog share on your Core for errors.
Thanks for the reply Thomas,
I have verified the certificate file is the same as the one on the client and I have updated the agent and also run a security scan but I still get an Authentication Failed error.
It's strange that the regular RC app works but not the HTML one. Do they process security differently?
Thanks again for your help
I will take a look and see if there are any errors displayed here.
Did you find out anything? Fixed it?
Unfortunately it is still unresolved. It's something I will be looking at again next week as I'm on a different project this week. The remotecontrol log did not show anything abnormal so I need to do more testing to see where the error is coming from.
Will update you when I have done some more
Were the administrators using the same computer and browser that you were using? Did they log onto the local computer with local admin account?
I would try...
1. a different browser
2. asking to temporarily elevate you LDMS account and retest under the same conditions
