I am aware that workspace views are controlled by roles. My question is when you begin to incorporate Service Desk within other business units (HR, Finance, Legal,, ...).
Can you separate workspace environments per business unit? Basically can HR have a different Workspace URL to login then IT? Or is it best practice to keep on the same URL (BridgeIT) workspace for several business units? My concerns with keeping everything the same is the data and functionality of integrating each process into one workspace environment. Big picture, we are looking to expand SD functionality and are looing for best practice with expanding across organization.
