    2017 Mac Antivirus

We are preparing to go to 2017.1 and have tested a few mac clients with our test core and notice that Ivanti antivirus will constantly pop to the foreground. I think this is because automatic updates are 'disabled' because the av is getting its updates from the core not the web. The client does receive its updates timely it is just constantly warning the user. It also always has an icon running in the dock instead of just the menu bar. This would drive our mac users nuts to take to production. Anyone have an answer to configure around this?

We have the same issue, additionally it will say automatic updates disabled on the client machine. If I manually set it to automatically update on the client machine, the next reboot it will be set back to disabled. I have revisited the agent settings for MAC and it is set to update core first fallback to internet.

I reached out to Ivanti on this issue a while back and it is a known issue. I was lead to believe it would be resolved in 2017.1 but it is not. We can hope for the next release..
