    Analyst with 2 email address's

      We have a couple of Analysts that would like the assignment emails sending to 2 email address's ([email protected], [email protected])


      I have added the 2nd email account and it is set as AdditionalEmailAddress but when assigning a call to them it still only sends to the one mailbox. If i remove the "Primary" email it does not go to the AdditionalEmailAddress.


      Not sure if I am missing something as I cant really find any documentation on this so presumed it would work out of the box.
