What version of LANDesk do you have?
Email scanning is controlled by LDOUTLADDIN.DLL (In version 8.8).
This DLL resides in \Program Files\LANDesk\LDClient\Antivirus.
You may want to try re-registering this DLL by running "Regsvr32 C:\program files\landesk\ldclient\antivirus\LDOutladdin.dll".
The version we are running is 8.8 SP2. I'll give re-registering the dll a try.
Is there anything I can get from the log files that could indicate a solution to the problem if re-registering the dll doesn't work?
The LDAV log files reside in c:\document and settings\all users\application data\landeskav\ folder.
I've heard about such problems at the Inet. One people say that this problem must be resolved with the help of the specialist other say thanks to the tool. I suppose that the seconds variant be the best - reading pst file.
