You have 2 options. You can use provisioning. It will allow you to chain as many packages as you want together. You can do package dependencies in SWD. It is recomended to use Provisioning if you are deplying more than 3 or 4 packages at a time.

Which LANDesk version and service pack do you use?
You can try to add packages in "Distribution Packages - Dependent packages" or you can create some Scheduled Tasks which depends on queries, or you can use batch files (or other scripts) to install more than one packages in your order...
If you've LANDesk Process Manager, you can use this to plan your installations... (I'm not familiar with, sorry)
Version and SP: 8.8 SP2. The dependent packages method is probably the best in this particular case. These installs are for current users, needing to upgrade to Visual Studio 2008.
