Have you redeployed your PXE representatives? Also, check in those files you copied to see if someone has hard-coded this address. In 8.5 days, this was pretty common if there were difficulties with IP address translation.
I don't think you should have copied those old files though. Things have changed between the versions so you will be launching clients using old versions of code.

It sounds like your DOS imaging files are hard coded for the old server still. You will have to open up these files with WinImage and modify the startenv.bat and hosts file inside the images and then re-deploy your pxe reps.
