In 8.8 the clients have a local database where all of this is stored so it really isn't accessible that way now. You could check out Networkd's irecall product as that seems to track installation history.

You could also go here and grab one of the freeware sqlite tools http://www.sqlite.org/cvstrac/wiki?p=ManagementTools and browse the local DB. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\Database\LDClientDB.db3.
