Did you actually do a LANDesk Query for those MAC addresses?
Do you have the Default All Machines Scope applied to your LANDesk user?
Yes using all devices I cannot see them.
I looked those MACs up in the SQL database. But did not found them.
Mmh, I cannot start a query to ask for MAC Adress. Under network there is only TCPIP and adress. Under network device there is also no mac.
So when you run csvimport are the scans going to the ManagementSuite\LDScan\ErrorScan directory?
If so, is there and entry in event viewer as to why the scan went to error scan?
If not, then the csv scans are updating an existing device in the database. The device has to exist somewhere. Either All Devices or Pending Unmanaged or somewhere.
thanks a lot. This helped me. The part under configuration called "Pending unmanaged devices" was unknown to me.
