    AVBehavior download Failed

      We recently noticed that the AV was quarantining files we used for remotely view other PC's Task manager.  Under the Security and Patch Manager and the Landesk Antivirus Settings we added the file to the exclude list and saved the changes.  However, now when the security scan tries to download the new AVBehavior_X.xml file it is failing.  The code in the vulscan.log file is below:

      Any ideas on how to get the hash to match?  I tried deleting the added entry to no luck.
