It looks like your Knowledge Service is pointing at a TPS it can't log in to. If you check the config file (located in LANDEsk Knowledge folder), is the address there correct? Have you definitely got the right SA password? You can change this (as it's encoded) using the TouchpaperPasswordTool.exe located in the LANDesk Applications folder. Failing all that, is there anything with a more informative error in the event log?
