We use both Notes and Inotes in this shop. For some odd reason, the Inotes emails don't load into touchpaper, but the Notes ones do. It seems to deal with the fact the Inotes are formated as HTML and iso-8859-1. Any ideas?
Which version of Service Desk are you using? Some of the earlier versions had problems with html formatted emails. But this should be working in 7.2.5 and 7.2.6. Maybe even 7.2.4 but I can't remember for sure.
