I had the same thing happen. I went into Component Services and restarted both instances of Landesk and it seemed to clear up.
we've this problem before and after SP6 installation too....
So it's not caused by SP6... I hoped it will solve it, but it didn't (or we haven't wait long enough, because currently not all clients are updated...)
See some hints here:

In the list of fixes in LD 8.7 SP6 (http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-4405) you can find this line:
Software License Monitoring CR00009355 SLM: Database Exception: -2147467259 Unspecified Error when inserting scans

The PK Hash error will eventually clear itself up however until that is completed you will want to make a change on your core server so that your Inventory Service doesnt restart every few hours.
On the core go to Configure > Services > Inventory Tab > Advanced Settings
The first like says "DB Error Recovery Tries" and is defaulted at 10. This means that if the event viewer recieves 10 application error messages related to the inventory service, the inventory service will turn off.
I recommend setting this to 10000. This will resolve your inventory service from restarting. If after this change you notice it restarting still then there is a seperate issue.
dear corrie ,
i have the same error but i dont have Advance settings in the inventory tab because i have LDMS 8.5
how can i change iit without the windows console ?
You do not have the same errors in 8.5 - Automatic Product Discovery is not part of 8.5
As indicated in my comment here - http://community.landesk.com/support/message/20119#20119 - 8.5 (and earlier) used to have Registry keys to configure the Inventory Service's behaviour.
