Is the LDMS Console installed on the new workstation and is it installed to the same folder location as on the other workstations?
Yes, his LDMS console is in the same path on his desktop as mine.
I believe I just worked with you on this. If so then hopefully this solution will help others. If it wasn't you I was talking with then hopefully this fixes your problem.
To fix this I did the following
Uninstall and reinstall the service desk console. This way the LANDesk console will have been the console that was installed first.
Check permissions on the service desk server. The role or group the user belongs to should have the following privileges.
Configuration Components=>Configuration=>Desktop Management=> They will need execute permissions on the LANDesk object.
Configuration Components=>Configuration=>Desktop Management=>Desktop Management=>Give them execute permissions on the actions they will be using within LANDesk.
Run iisreset on the service desk server
After this the user should be able to reopen the console and they will then have the right click menu.
