    How to stop End Users from getting Outbound Mail Notification


      We are ready to go live with ServiceDesk on Monday and thought no End Users were getting "Incident Created" notifications but we just found out that they are. We haven't advised the End User community of the new software yet so they don't know what it is. We thought that only the Analysts were getting the Created, Assigned or Closed notifications while we were testing. How can we turn off the End User notification without disrupting the Analysts notification ?
