    Major Incident Flag


      After seeing the 'Set Major Incident Flag' action in the Full process, there are some other uses I could see for this. I was wondering how you would go about building an action like this. I don't remember anything in training or in the books I have that cover creating an action that can update existing fields. Maybe I'm missing a resource, but I'd like some feedback on this. Thank you.

          Hi Phillip,


          The action uses some backend functionality that unfortunately at the moment isn't configurable through the Console.  This is planned to be exposed in the frontend at some point in the future (hopefully by the end of 2009) but for now you'd have to have a consultant put anything like this in place for you.
