    Include original call details in Resolution email

      Another very simple process modification.


      We wanted to have an option to include the original call details in the resolution email we send customers, as they often didn't know to which call we were referring.



      So now our resolution window is as follows:




      Only takes a couple of minutes - I've attached what we did as a pdf.
