This may be a question more for managers and report writers, but does anyone track or report on the movement of an Incident as it may bounce around from team to team? If so, how? Are you using audit data or did you create something custom to be written to the database every time the team changes? We have team managers that want to know the number of tickets received by their team on any given day, including all of the tickets that were ultimately reassigned to a different team. Any insight would be much appreciated.
