That's the correct solution for C++ runtime error with HEAT Alert Monitoring
My users will get this if they have an invalid call group in their alert definition. For example; if an alert call group was renamed, moved, or deleted. Unfortunately they have to rebuild their alerts and save a new .alr file.

If anything has been changed that resides in the .alr file information (callgroup name, type or it has been deleted) it will invalidate the alr file.
