    Call Log Module in HEAT Service Management 2015.2.1


      How do we configure the Call Log Module in HEAT SM 2015.2.1 to classify customers as external companies/contact? It defaults to 'internal support' and although there is mention of being able to change this, we can't find any way to do so....screenshot below for reference - thanks for your help!
