    HMC POP3 Listener Error

We are looking into upgrading from HEAT to 9.7.5.  Everything seems to work fine except for the HMC POP3 Listener.  The service keeps on restarting and it doesn't process any emails.

      The HEAT Messaging Center POP3
listener service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 42 time(s). The
following corrective action will be taken in 1000 milliseconds: Restart the
service. The Hmc.Pop3Listener.log file shows: System.IO.FileLoadException:
Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.mshtml, version=7.0.3300.0,

Anyone else run into the same issue?
