CI.Service - Has anyone managed to get Incidents and Changes to link automatically to Services?

    qq46234 Rookie

When you look at Services via the CI.Service grid, there is a tab for Incidents and Changes, but is there away of linking Incidents and Changes to the Service automatically based on the Services selected with Incdents and Changes, rather than having to link them manually?

      Many thanks,

By default it uses the relationship "IncidentAssociatesCI" which only shows the services if they are linked in the "Asset" tab.

Since there already is a relationship called "IncidentAssociatesService" you can simply add a new tab:

Another way would be to automatically link the chosen service (e.g. as an "AfterSave" rule).
