Just had a crazy idea! What if you could report out a person's tasks in Kanban format based on status?
We are seriously considering heading toward ITIL's single point of ownership model which would move most tier 2 and 3 support work to the Task workspace. Only those functioning in the Service Desk capacity would work in the main Incident and Service Request workspaces. Anyway, I've been going through the exercise of setting up my own Kanban just to get a handle on my to do list and thought, what if I was tracking all of this in Tasks and had a visual report that I could spit out for my manager? Has anyone already tried this or experimented with it?
