          Hi Martin

           

          The naming conventions within the HEAT database is pretty straight forward i.e. Incident is Incident, Change is Change, etc.  Generally for fields, it's the field value that you need to refer to when lining them up with the database fields.

           

          If you want to know more about the structure, each business object within HEAT also has its own set of ERD with information on how data is linked, the fields to reference, etc.  Hopefully this will help you out.
