If the agent was unresponsive, we'd definitely like to take a look to determine root cause. When you say the agent was unresponsive, what sort of behaviour were you noticing? The service took a long time to restart or the service would not stop?
Please log a support incident via support.heatsoftware.com if this happens again. We would want to grab some memory samples of the process in addition to investigate any other service that could be interacting with the agent in an undesirable manner (AV, etc).
