Yes, there is a way to turn this confirmation off within Heat, you will have to be logged in as someone with Admin rights. Once logged in as admin you will need to first get to the Quick Action editor for that business object to editing quick actions; there are 2 ways to get there within Heat:
you can either or through or
Option 1 to get to Quick Actions editor
-get there through admin side (Automation Tools >> Quick Actions)
Option 2 to get to Quick Action editor
-within the Heat UI click on Edit Actions action under the Action Menu, for that business Object
Once you have reached the quick action editor of course you will need to edit the action in question. Click edit on this action and then in the very bottom right you will see a checkbox for 'confirm before run', uncheck this box to disable the confirmation prompt:
