    Change in Escalation Schedule not updated to Service Level Targets on Service Level Agreement

      When I make a change to the target duration in Escalation Schedule on Configuration Console, in this case Incident Response Target for IT team (see diagram A), it does not get updated to the equivalent Service Level Target on the Service Level Agreement workspace (see diagram B). If I make the change on Service Level Target it gets updated to Escalation Schedule.

       

      Is this what is meant to happen or is this a bug?
