We are looking for the way to improve our internal metrics to fit the stakeholder expectations.
One of these is related to survey accuracy when it comes to the average score calculation on the Team level.
We are looking to have a rule/condition embedded stating there have to be at least 3 surveys conducted over a Team we are looking for an average score for.
Please kindly suggest if it can be achieved by:
- editing FRS_SurveyServiceView - Business Object
- adding a Business Rule
- creating Saved Search with Expression
Will you be able to propose steps required to produce the rule described above?
