What do you mean by scanning? Do you scan the IP range of your network to install the Agents?
I always let the Agent themselves do the upgrade.
Which fails in about 10-20% in my case ... even worse SD is not working on those old agents with new server. so they new get updated by their own
Yes scannning. I open the agent deployment and just let is scan and update. I don't push updates unless it has the worng server. If that is case, the only way that I could get it to work was the uninstall the agent, via the console then reinstall the agent. Seems to work everytime.
What happened was after about 2 hours of being open, it stop scanning IP's. I have it set to every 30 min. So I did a restart of the scanner and no list of ip's come up. So I did the rest of the my 1st post.. No ip's come up on my scan.
NOTE: On the computers list, I see computers and the ones that got an updated agent are updating and showing green.
I have that problem with 6.9.3. Version 6.9.2 is the last version for me that ran correctly.
