Releases are published in the HEAT Support Site under the Releases top level tab. If you don't have access to this site, customer care should be able to help you out.

The issue we had on the Service Request (mix of workflows) was due to an error during the upgrade.
It's now solved , and all is fine.
I am getting the tablet request approval error now on 2016.1.1
How did you resolve that?
