Yes, highlight the devices in the Computers window and press the Delete or Backspace key. You'll be prompted to confirm removal of the devices from LANrev.
In the EMSS Console > Manage > Endpoints > disable the endpoint name that has been removed from service. Once disabled, you can delete the record from the UI and your Inventory Reports.
