I would like to restrict team assignments for incidents and services requests for a role so that members in that role can only assign tickets to two specific teams and no others. What would be the best way to go around doing this?
The route I'm currently taking is creating a new pick list and from within the service request form layout, I'm adding a conditional pick list - hiding the Owner Team pick list if the role is selected and replacing it with another pick list. Selecting the items in that pick list should set the hidden Owner Team pick list. I'm not sure if this is the best way of going about setting this up or not.
