I am looking for some ideas on how to implement a new CI for our telephony services. We have over twenty sites and I want to keep track of what PSTN, ADSL, VoIP services are at each site. I would like to look at t CI tree and get a picture of all the services at one location. I was thinking about cloning or reworking the VoIP CI and adding fields like vendor, cost code, data allowance, cost per month etc.
Has anyone added telphony services as a CI?
I also thought about just using the existing contact CI but there is no CI tree avalable.
Any ideas or experience here would be greatly appreciated
