Having trouble creating/locating a dashboard to show the SLA of a particular service/group of services over time as a line graph. This should be a simple thing - time on the x-axis, percentage on the y-axis - but I cannot figure it out in HSM.
I can get it to display as a numeric value - i.e. 4 breached/100 not-breached, but not as a percentage which is more useful/relevant.
Happy to be corrected here - but I believe out of the box the SLA percentages are not stored in each transaction (well, at least I haven't seen it anyway) which means you won't be able to do some trend analysis other than what you are doing already which is grouping them by a specific duration and then getting the percentage of breached vs not breached.
