    Limiting View and Assignments by Security Role

      Putting a non-support person (HR person) onto HEAT to be able to look at tickets associated to the application he is responsible for.


      Would like to limit him only to be able to view tickets with assignments to him directly, along with limiting his ability to reassign a ticket only back to a specific team.
