Emails processed through appearing as plain text instead of HTML

      Hi,

We have HEAT 2015.2.1001.13310 installed on premise. Currently we run Exchange 2010.

When emails are received and automatically stored against an incident, they appear like this

      instead of this:

Do you have any suggestions why this is happening?

If I manually attach the email, it is stored and viewable correctly.

Please note, the email is being sent in HTML format

      Thanks,

      Sal

          Hey Sal,

I also had a similar problem and my guess is outlook doesn't recognize the HTML tags in the mail. Try below in HEAT email editor and see if that works out:

          1. Create the original message in the editor's HTML tab. Once done, click on the source tab.
          2. Copy the source to a notepad
          3. Clear everything from the editor, in both the tabs.
          4. Copy the message from notepad and paste it on to the HTML view tab in the editor (not the source).
          5. Go ahead and save it.

Let me know if this works.

          Regards,

          Kaushal
