When a CI is linked to an Incident, then the incident is linked to a Problem, the CI is linked to the Problem by a triggered action in the Problem BO
When a CI is linked to an Incident which is already linked to a problem, the CI is not linked to the Problem.
I'm pondering a quick action which my problem manager can run to link all CIs which are linked to all Incidents which are linked to a specific problem.
I have not been successful. I would appreciate some direction if anyone has tackled this already.
