We are implementing HEAT Service Management with Knowledge (on premise) and are wondering what other sites are doing for their procedures on creating new Knowledge Articles. Is anyone using only the HTML functionality to create new documents? Or is anyone using it at all? We want to be able to include screenshots, images, tables, etc. in our articles. Is our only option to create these in a .doc and attach as a searchable attachment?
I personally found a web page that converts images to base64 data and embed them that way, I really miss an easy option to add images to the Knowledge articles (I can do it, but I am not going to try to teach other sections about that process...)
Okay, here is something really bizarre. All of a sudden, in 2016.1, we are now able to paste images!
