I am hoping to use the 2015.2 Migration Tool to map a subset of our HEAT Classic tickets to Problems in HSM.
Professional Services is building our solution now, but we had original planned on keystroking a few hundred calls and converting them to Problems in HSM.
Seeing that the Migration Tool has matured, I thought to import as much as possible before resorting to copy/paste and adding attachments and journals by hand (if still necessary)
Has any one had any success with a similar task?
