I would use the dependency walker to check which exact entry point is missing. The tool can be downloaded from Dependency Walker (depends.exe) Home Page .Open the softwareshop.exe with it. The errors should provide a hint which dll(s) causes the problem.

Navigate to C:\program files (x86)\netinst\ and select the SoftwareShop.exe.The output will be something like:
Probably the message box will display the problematic DLL right away. Dismiss the box and check for any modules which are marked in red color. Modules with an hour glass can be ignored. Also modules not from HEAT software.
