    patch rollback

What could be the possible action of HEAT to this situation below?

For example, a patch that was released previously has been deployed by a customer's server to its endpoints.

And for some reasons the vendor announced a roll back to that specific patch.

HEAT EMSS has the ability to rollback patches where the patch original installation source supports rollback.

To rollback a deployment simply repeat the same process for deployment, select the original patch, hit deploy and at the end of the wizard you will be presented with the option to uninstall a specific package.

Should the patch source not support the rollback operation you can simply create a custom patch that removes the package via command line, uninstall string or power shell through the content wizard. You also have a simple package creation wizard built into the EMSS platform found under the Review/Other/Packages section of the interface, this can be used to create simple batch file packages to remove software.
