Can you please provide a little more detail as to the context and use of the expression or where the error is generated (screenshots even). Where are you trying to use the expression (Quick Action, Business Rule, Workflow etc.) or where/when is the error generated. What data are you trying to obtain and what is it being used for, This will provide contributors with a clearer understanding of your objectives who in turn can provide a more tailored response.
More details on what I'm trying to do.
I'm trying to setup a Quick Action which sent a email if the incident priority = 1
I want to have the Incident# in the email subject line. Operator creates an incident. If priority =1, then he/she triggers a quick action which will send an email to the IT response team
NEW HEAT Incident # $(IncidentNumber) # Priority $(Priority)
I see there 's a default action "Incident Notification Priority 1" which I guess I could customize. I'll see if that's even possible.
Thanks so much for your help!
I've got the email setup. It's working fine so does the integration with Everbridge IT Alerting. incident --> Notification --> Everbridge notification to the right on-call people. I now need to setup the business rule you are referring to so it's transparent from an operator perspective
