Other than taking the Admin classes and the built-in help, I'm not aware of any formal documentations that exist. Perhaps because HEAT is so customizable? This forum, HEAT Support and ITIL experts are what I rely on as far as advice. Beyond that it's just a matter of trying things out yourself.

I was looking for the same thing. Admin training videos for new admins. This will help prepare for the standup of our new upcoming instance.
I agree, the docs of SM are ridiculous. The only way is to trial, error and write so much tickets to support as possible. Maybe then they take notice that there is a problem. Or hire a consultant, if you have plenty of money....
I'm also interested in an answer to this, more specifically meaningful FAQ's.
