We are starting a HEAT Help Desk upgrade at my organization. Something that has been a major concern in previous releases is the security behind the application itself and password complexity and renewals. I see that LDAP integration is available in newer releases. Is there a document available that speaks to the configuration process? I've looked through the Admin guides and am not having much luck. Thanks in advance.

If you setup the LDAP connector the system will setup the LDAP security for you automatically, the instructions in the admin help are pretty good for this.
I would advise usually to look at using windows Integrated Security (WIS) as it allows true single sign on.
