we want to extend Knowledge Base Articles in self Service with an "Email Article" function. If you press a button or something like that the article should be send to your email box inlcuding the attached files to this article. Is this possible?
Here Comes the Bonus question, we'll have the KBA in more than one language (since 2016.2.1). How can we make sure that the correct language is send to the customer?
Any ideas on this?
Btw.: I would suggest to include such an "Email Article" function as an Out of the Box Feature in one of the future Releases.
